Toilet seat falls apart from the toilet.
Most of the time, just tighten up the screw under the seat. Those screws are usually made in plastic and big. They can be easily tightened up by hand.
If the plastic pad or screw is broken, use following steps to fix it:
Following picture shows a broken seat, caused by missing pad.
To repair it, we need following items:
Fill the holes with rubber or foam. This is to restrict the screw a bit so it will not move freely.
Drill the screw throw the back of the seat, fasten the screw using washer and anchoring nut to the toilet body throw the existing hole.
