Getting the keys is a joke. Coded lockbox that does not open with your pin and no one answers the phone when you call. Then 40mins to get to your room

Enjoyed staying there
Central to everything
One elevator other one not working had to wait a very longtime every time we left our accommodation or went we went back to our room crazy considering over 40 levels.

Perfect location and great apartment.
Great apartment with fantastic views.
Unfortunately the apartment wasn’t the cleanest and only having 1 key was a bit challenging but had a great stay anyway.

All Broadbeach check-in is conducted at our Broadbeach keys kiosk, which is located at Broadbeach South Tram Station, Broadbeach QLD. We are not affiliated with the onsite management of Hilton Surfers Paradise, Mantra Circle on Cavill, Peppers, STAR Casino.
