The check-in process could definitely be improved. I found it very difficult to speak to anyone, and unfortunately, no one answered the phone when I called. I personally prefer speaking with someone rather than communicating by email or text, particularly when checking in. It gives you the opportunity to ask questions and have an actual conversation, which is difficult to do through messages. While I was disappointed with the check-in experience and the lack of personal contact, everything else was great and I was very impressed overall.
