A beautiful comfortable apartment with everything you want to do at your fingertips.
Apartment was very clean,comfortable and location is superb. The host was very clear with instructions and both check-in and check-out was smooth and fast. Beautiful pools and sauna and easy access to and fro within the facility as well as easy access to everything outside. My family of five loved how smooth and comfortable our stay was and my son especially loved the balcony with its beautiful seaview !!!! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and relaxing stay.

The apartment was exactly what we hoped for. There is plenty of room for a family of four. The staff were very accommodating. Thank you, and we will be back!

Nothing short of disappointing, room not what we booked.
The location
False advertising. We booked 3 bedroom Oceanview suite, one room didn't even have a window. The room itself was fine, just not what I booked. The place was NOT luxury. Dirty vacuum, broken dishwasher, hair on towel, food on balcony, hardly any windows in the bedrooms, plastic dessert bowls, no spare towels, light bulbs out in bathroom, range hood not working the list goes on.. Customer Services were pretty hopeless to fix my complaints sending someone multiple times to sort smelly water is dishwasher, when it needed to be fixed properly. This made our room smell. I had to buy an air freshener. I'm still waiting to hear when the professional will come and look at it. I didn't pay thousands to be washing my dishes for the week.

Great location, very comfortable room
Dishes were dirty when we arrived, as well as the floor.

Great location, good value for money. Even though it's not managed by third party, we were still able to use the Casino carpark, because we are members and used our points to validate our parking. The facilities are top of the range and easily accessible.
The building has 4 lifts and during busy/ peak periods, we had to wait for nearly 19 minutes before we were able to get in one.
