Central location, very convenient to everything .great views
The thing i didn't like was the no tea making facilities. There were coffee pods for the coffee machine but nothing else. I know we booked an apartment but for the over $400 price tag for 1 night it just needs a little bit more. Getting to pick the key up was a nightmare due to no safe parking to pull into. We were confused as we were told there were no staff in attendance at the apartments. But when we got there , there was staff there.

Better signage as to where to pick the keys up from which was not at the residence but next door upstairs in an office.

Perfect location, comfortable stay and good value for money.
We had a bit of a trouble getting into the designated parking area (we notice some guests too) and some of the equipment in the apartment were a bit dated and/or need cleaning. We had trouble disposing of rubbish as instructions were unclear, only 1 specific lift to get into recycling area and rubbish chute was a bit hidden. Otherwise, in general, we are happy to stay again in here, perfect location, value for money and convenience.

Only stayed one night but will definitely stay again.
Extremely clean, beds were so comfortable. The views are spectacular!

All Broadbeach check-in is conducted at our Broadbeach keys kiosk, which is located at Broadbeach South Tram Station, Broadbeach QLD.
