Comfortable in a great location.
Superb location - easy access to the beach/esplanade, exhibition centre, restsurants, supermarket, Pacific Fair, public transport. Quiet apartment complex. Great indoor pool & gym. Netflix.
Kitchen could have been slightly better equipped for self-catering for a family, e.g., tiny saucepans. This is a minor thing.

Overall, it was a lovely apartment, excellent panoramic views of the skyline which I enjoyed most.
I was familiar with the procedure as I had already stayed in the adjoining property in June 2023.
The walk to the Tram stop shop box to collect the keys was tedious as we were tired after a long journey. The bodywash soap in the toilet seems to have been diluted with water.
